Hoobuy QC Photos: What the Image Can Answer

QC photos can help you compare visible color, shape, markings and condition. They cannot prove authenticity, exact materials, durability or seller reputation. Identify whose item is pictured, what angle is missing and what decision the next photo would actually help you make.

Begin with the identity of the photo

Ask whether the image comes from the seller, a previous customer or the item currently assigned to your order. Similar packaging or the same model name does not establish that it is your selected variant. Keep item identity separate from how good the picture looks.

Ask for one useful view

For a visible mark, request a close-up plus a wider view for context. For size, request the relevant measurement with the endpoints and scale visible. For a pair, request both items in the same view. Decide in advance what answer would change your choice so extra images have a purpose.

Use a visible evidence table

Record observation, missing view and next action separately. Example: a seam looks uneven in one image; the reverse side is not visible; request a clear reverse-side photo. This is an illustrative workflow, not a finding about a real product. Lighting, compression and perspective can change appearance.

Know when pictures are insufficient

Do not use pictures as laboratory evidence for fiber content, UV protection or long-term strength. Ask for relevant documentation where those properties matter, or choose another source. Hoobuy’s public product submission disclaimer also limits what the platform can determine about quality and authenticity. Check current inspection services and any return deadline before proceeding.

Questions before you go

Is a QC pass a guarantee?

No. This site does not issue QC passes. A photo-based observation is limited to what can be seen.

Can a photo confirm that eyewear protects against UV?

No. Appearance does not establish protective performance. Check relevant product documentation rather than relying on images.
